About us
Benevolent Integrated Development and Care Foundation (BIDCAF) is a Christian, non-profit development organization dedicated to assisting vulnerable and underprivileged members of the community in realizing their full potential and having their rights and aspirations met.
Our Experience
BIDCAF has shifted its focus from service delivery to empowerment and community-led approaches over the years. The community-based approach involves communities in achieving their own development objectives. BIDCAF collaborates with communities to conduct needs assessments and surveys at the local level, the results of which determine their development needs through basic Participatory Rural Appraisal. By utilizing the input and data collection of community volunteers at the lowest level, community participation is ensured throughout the process to improve transparency, sustainability, and sense of ownership.
Our Vision
A society where all the vulnerable, marginalized and deprived live to their full potential and their rights and aspirations are fulfilled
